man looking back at this now it is mindblowing how much effort went into people trying to break this code.

I admit, it was fun coming back to Twoism every half-hour or so in the hopes of someone breaking the code back when it happened, but looking back, what a colossal waste of time. I was merely an onlooker though.

Does anyone think BoC will ever come out and say definitively what the Red Moon was all about?

Redmoon was definitly a classic BOC moment! strange and weird memories from the summer...

Im afraid it was just a silly promotion stunt to keep the hype up during the release of the TCH EP... :/

No way was it a waste of time!!!
i went to earlyburn and absoultly had an amazing time and met with like minded amazing people!! who im still in contact with now so have made friends with fellow boccers and if anything i thank boc for that!

i'd love to know what the code was all about esp after travelling to scotland but i gotta feelin we'll never know!

but that is what i love about boc.

You dont know, same as everyone doesnt know. The efforts put in by certain individuals, that was a genuine attempt to crack it, (not the bullshit stories etc that arose) and the resulting meetup of those genuine people was fantastic and anybody who wasnt involved with that through their own choice or not can have their opinions on the whole subject, thats fine, but should in no way knock what was done by the few that enjoyed trying to solve the mystery AND having a great time on 10/06/06.
What we did wasnt a spoof. If boards jus did the code for shits and giggles then nice one, typical BoC and it had everyone intreagued. What myself and the small amount of people that made something out of those letters and numbers experienced was fantastic and BoC themselves have my thanks for such a great time. It will be with me for the rest of my life as that time we went on a mad goose chase to Scotland and met some great people.
All I can say is shame you couldnt have got involved, you'd have loved it!

By the way, ExitEuXa, is that avatar the picture of a builders crack?

Still was one of the best music-related events I ever embarked upon - and there wasnt even a fucking band!!!!! Says it all really about how much fun we had driving around the Scottish countryside, lighting a fire havin beer n haggis and meeting really sound people. Still pops into my mind every now and again and makes me smile. Thats worth a mint. Hugs n hogs to Dj_todos and M!!!!!

Gotta agree with you celadon and todos 10/06/06 was an amazing event and will defo stay with me for the rest of my life.
When returning home to my 8 yr old little girl who also enjoy's listening to boc ,telling her what all of us had got up to and what we made of it she was amazed like most people when i try to explaine what we all did.
but if an 8yr old can understand and apperciate what we all got out of it and how most of us are wanting to return 10/06/07 then surely exiteuxa can also see is wasnt spoof or a waste of time!!!
