New Skyliner sample?

I don't know if this is new to me or new in general, but I just heard a female voice sampled at 4:39 in Skyliner. It almost sounds as if it's a woman performing the sound of a police siren or something. It's maybe 2 or 3 seconds long.

Now are the voices in my head that tell me to kill coming back, or can anyone else hear this? I don't remember which specific thread it was, but someone mentioned recently about listening to BoC on a different system than you're used to will pop things you haven't heard before. Well this is one of them.

I think I know what you mean, but that's just the choir sounding synth phasing, I reckon.

Skyliner is an awesome, awesome song.
I love the little two bar bursts of melody throughout.

I don't notice anything either. Has anyone else heard "You fuckin' bitch," in Telephasic Workshop yet? I can hear it at the 4:53 and the at the 5:50 marks. I notice all kinds of little tidbits in different songs like that.

The more I hear it, I think Techboy is right in it being a choir synth patch. It's such a quick and simple thing it's almost not worth a whole thread, but it is there.

Reminds me when I was over the Atlantic on a flight to Russia, sick as a dog and listening to MHTRTC with noise cancelling earbuds, and hearing on Sixtyten the sample of the guy saying "watch it". I couldn't believe I hadn't heard that before at the time!
