I'm a very sensitive guy as some of you might already know, so the fear of this being to much for me was definitly there.
I made my preperations like I alway's did.
-Take a nice hot shower
-Wear comfortable clothing
-Tidy up the room
-Dim the lights
-Don't eat anything
-Place 2 bottles of fresh,non-metalic-tasting water next to the couch
-Brain-check. How am I feeling right now? Am I really ready to do this?
-Chew 4 grams (high dose) of dried shrooms for 10 minutes (fucking hate that taste)
I waited for about half an hour and when I started to feel something I pressed play and lay down.
Ready Lets Go
Somehow that title fitted perfectly. I had made my preperations, and I felt like going on another journey. The light was starting to wave around with every sound, and the warm fuzzyness of the synth got the euforia rushing through my body like a madman.
The electric piano thing got me thinking of this train-station where I was waiting for my voyage.
Suddenly the title Geogaddi started to make sense. I felt right at home, and the fear of this trip becoming to much for me was gone.
Music is math
Hearing the first note got me jumpy, but I relaxed very quickly. It looked like the light was glowing in the direction of my stereo and every note made the light go a little darker, which looked pretty cool.
I wasn't tripping yet, but I was experiencing the visuals already. Halfway through the song I noticed I was feeling very warm as if I was in a womb or something... I had experienced this feeling on shrooms before, but not this intensly. I remember saying out loud something like "These guys sure know what their doing...", which was odd, becouse I was by myself. I ment (and still mean) every word. I started to notice al these new sounds, and thought I understood all the voices.
Beware the friendly stranger
I started to trip out I had a short dream-like experience where I sat by the fire and seeing this little guy jumping in the flames very happy-looking. I laughed myself back to reality.
Gyroscope
This one was a little to intens for me. Faces started to find their ways on my wall. I wish I could explain how everything looked and how I felt exacly. It was dark, except there where these light projections in shape of numbers I didn't knew on the wall. My vision began to shake, making my room look like it was shaking aswell. I started to close my eye's experiencing the closed-eye-visuals I know to well.
There where these infinate hallways with infinate doors, all slamming and shutting. Lights flickering softly from red to orange to brown. Behind every door was another door opening and closing making these weird fractals of doors opening and shutting. I remember every door looked different.I felt very intens, as everything zoomed out as the hallway's turned into swirls of doors and wall which was a bit scary for some unexplainable reason.
Dandelion
This got me feeling the "Ultimate-super-BoCness"
I saw black-and-white super-8 footage of volcano's exploding in a biology-class-film way.
Some golden liquid was flowing through my head and over the footage, which was really intens for some reason. I remember thinking..."This...is...so...boc...wow"
And then I catapulted into the unknown, experiencing the stuff nobody can explain, but every shroom-user knows.
The Smallest Weird Number
I came back to semi-reality when I heard the soft beach in this song.
I felt like I was sitting on a dune between beautifull flowers looking over at the beach.
Then it ended with a reverb starting 1969
1969
I was sitting in a car, riding through the woods and every tree that rushed by made a different sound in the percussion. The sun that shined through the trees was making patterns in the form of that arp-like-thing that is going crazy (youknowwhatImean?) I was feeling gooooood.
I also saw Mike and Marcus slamming glass in with baseball bats with every snare.
I alway's think about that when I hear the song
Energy Warning
This made me feel so intens I passed out again.
I saw broken pink/brown/yellow footage of someone speaking, but that didn't last long.
I was going crazy again....
A Is to B as B Is to C
This song made me turn off the cd. I was to afread to go on. Everything made me think about everything, and thought about why this made me feel so good..was it becouse I'm crazy?
And of course...thats not a healthy attitude while trippin.
Luckely, I have a good remedy for that.
The Lemon Jelly 64' 95' DVD always makes me feel better again.
*longest post I ever made*
