Now, tell me that is not Julie and Candy. I don't know what part exactly (I haven't listened to the song in a while) but it's at least a doctored version of it.
This is an old thing, considering it was released in 2002, but I found it interesting. Probably a lot of you have noticed.

He was probably heavily influenced by BoC, having later done a couple reworks of Dayvan Cowboy and what-not. But, did he sample it? I doubt it. I'd be open to it, but I don't think he would do that... If you want to be sure, you could always look around Discogs and see if he accredited BoC to the track in any way. Who knows?
