Trans Canada Highway - jewel case?...

Discogs only lists Trans Canada Highway cd as being available in a cardstock sleeve from what I can tell but when I bought this from Best Buy it came in a jewel case with everything looking like a normal jewel case cd. I never knew these existed, is this even an authentic item?

Kind of annoying considering I was expecting a cardstock sleeve >.<

The Japanese release on Beat Records comes with a jewel case(also includes the video of 'Invocation'). The UK release comes in the card sleeve. Can you confirm what label your CD was released on?

There was no Invocation video and from what I can tell it was made by Warp and Music70

It says
boards of canada trans canada highway WAP200CD
on the spine

And the UPC is
8 01061 92002
This is the same upc listed on discogs for the cardstock sleeve release

My copy is in a jewel case as well and isn't the Japanese release, I too was expecting the sleeve. I'm pretty sure it's authentic.

I bought Twoism on Bleep right after it replaced Warpmart and it came in a digipak. The copy I originally had was also in a lower pitch, but supposedly it was the 2002 reissue? It had clicks and what seemed like a lot of lossiness in the mp3 compression so it could've been a vinyl rip or the original issue, not sure. if anybody wants to compare, my old copy of the track "Sixtyniner" was in F# and my self-ripped version is in F, just as it's heard in the version off Boc Maxima. I'm just bringing it up because there may be separate masters and I'm very curious

oh, and my version of Iced Cooly (the intro of, to be specific) is longer than the one I had before. It's 2:22 on my CD copy; my old one was 1:59.
