Yup, this song will always mean a lot to me : )
Tom Fec (aka Tobacco/bmsr) released a whole bunch of seriously transcendental songs before Dandelion Gum even hit the scene. Hazy Field People, Smile Heavy, I think it is beautiful that you are 256 colors, and Dandelion Graves all touch upon a naive sort of existential energy that hit me super hard in highschool and still does today. Like all the best electronic music, it manages to evoke some of the most reverent images of what nature's really all be about--the passage of time which is inconceivable to us humans (and humanities' hopeful yet impossible will to truly be apart of it).
Anyway, if y'all haven't already done so, go listen to all of BMSR's back catalog so that I'm not the only superfan at the gig ; )

I will be wearing the 'Quite Good' white tee. Will let you all know if there is some aggregate meeting planned. I have always had overwhelmingly positive experiences meeting people IRL who post on IDM forums!
The most interesting people I have gotten to know, seriously!
Yes, I am super stoked to hopefully get to meet a bunch of y'all! I'll be wearing a third-party ripoff BoC tshirt probably. Hopefully we can organize some meets here and there outside of the festival itself, there's gotta be somewhere decent to hang in Houston (I'm imagining something along the lines of a parking lot as being the most peaceful zone). If only the festival was in Austin there'd be all sorts of nature nearby...
