Awh, dana. That's just unfair. Wishing your luck turns around soon. Why not just record over it? I'm sure in this situation its fine. The little bit of degradation will only add to it.

I'm just wondering - does the pressure pad's metal spring and square pad all look normal/correct to you? I think it would sound even worse than just quiet if that were the problem but I hope you get a good one, whatever's happening.

Do we have HQ scans of all the panels yet? I know they are the same images as in the CD booklet (technically) but the dimensions of the cassette made me realize you could turn the images into postcards or something or even posters if scanned at high enough quality :D
