I just put a large amount of plain angel hair pasta in my hand and ate it like it was meat.
Black then White are all I see in my infancy...Red and Yellow then came to me, reachin' out to me, lets me see...

first i boiled the Quinoa pasta for about 6 minutes, (it's a complete protein grain; meaning it'll keep me full longer than a wheat-based pasta since wheat is missing a few key aminoacids) i strained it and quickly rinsed it with a splash of cold water. meanwhile i had sauteed some slices of habanero and tequila turkey sausages which i added into the pasta afterward. i also put one and a half cans of organic pasta sauce (with basil, of course). to mix it up, i also added some sundried tomatoes and some chunks of marinated artichokes. I warmed this all up again and served myself a hefty bowl and sprinkled some grated romano cheese and voila, i soiled the keyboard.

Christ on a bike Cupz!! I think my heart just gave out a little scream. "Noooo! Don't do it!". Lol.
Might have to get a bacon sandwich going or something, but after those photos I'll feel like a total lightweight.

I almost started a new thread, but found this one.........would love to see it more active! Would love to hear about what you're making/creating and eating! Greasy spoons and upscale, love to hear about it!

Tonight, I sauteed Turbot fillets in a little vegetable oil, a splash of fresh lemon juice, and green onions. I also made a risotto with peas.

The turbot was really good, and could've been better, but my lady can't eat dairy, so I couldn't use butter for the fish or the risotto. The fish was really tender and fragile, and had a really fine flake to it, almost like crab or lobster. Quite delicious.

I also made a corn/quinoa pasta (as opposed to wheat based) salad with feta cheese, black olives, spinach, and fresh basil. It's dressed with a sundried tomato vinagrette. I'll be sharing that with my office mates, and winning friends through stomachs.
