If you had to thin BoC back catalogue by removing one album
Which would it be?
Geogaddi is the album I'd lose. It is an exceptionally brilliant album but it just doesn't gel with the others in my opinion. It's the oddity in their back catalogue. There's a sequential uniformity between MHTTFC and TCFH with the EPs bridging these two masterpieces.

Also I'm not a fan of anything "dark" or that is self-consciously marketed as dark. Everything has to be "dark" (woo woo woo) nowadays. Give me Bucks Fizz anyday.

It is good, but not as layered and complex as others. Feels like an afterthought to me. What the fans of the bro'z would dig, if they want more BoC.clear blue water wrote:Their best album, so no.vitriolie wrote:The campfire headphase?

That's why I love it. It's nothing unexpected. It does precisely what it says on the tin.vitriolie wrote:It is good, but not as layered and complex as others. Feels like an afterthought to me.
